At Fireco, we have a flexible returns policy where if you’re not happy with any of the products you have purchased on our website, you can exchange or return them for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the following conditions are met.
- Contact is made with Fireco via phone or email before returning the products letting us know what you’re returning and why. At this time, we will supply you with a Returns Authorisation number
- All goods being returned are in the original packaging and in a resalable condition
- Your Returns Authorisation Number is sent with the returned goods

Please note that:
- Fireco takes no responsibility for returned products which get damaged or lost in transit
- Goods returned without a Returns Authorisation number will not be processed
- Returns made outside of the 14 day time frame are at the sole discretion of Fireco
Damaged, faulty & incorrect goods
If you find that the products you have received are in damaged in some way, faulty or not the same as what you have ordered, Fireco will ensure these goods are collected free of charge and a replacement is sent to you as soon as possible.
